This past weekend I completed my first metric century. It’s a goal I’ve had for a while, and it feels good to finally check it off the list. Time to start looking for my next ride.

Had the absolute best time celebrating Mother’s Day last weekend in Assateague with my two boys. Couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful day.

Sometimes, all we need is to go for a walk in the woods. Let your feet hit the earth. Feel the wind on your skin. Hear the birds in the trees and the rushing water of a stream. Let the sun soak into your skin and just breathe.

Spent the morning painting rocks with the kiddo. Not Ana’s way to spend a beautiful day!
